If the first thing you want to do after you get off the crammed airplane is to check in to another than we have got excellent news for you.
If you are planning to go to Stockholm, Sweden, we have discovered a nice quiet place for you to stay near the airport and that is Jumbo Jet - Boeing 747 that has been converted in to a hostel.
This converted Boeing 747 sleeps 72, with 25 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
This plane was left inactive at Stockholm’s main airport Arlanda, after its last owner went bankrupt. The plane was rescued by a Swedish entrepreneur looking to expand his hostel business.
But before you plan on taking off in your sleeping quarters, be warned as this hostel is for ever grounded. Placed on a concrete foundation and the landing gear secured in a steel cradle.
