Samantha Geimer who was raped by fugitive Director Roman Polanski, when she was 13, has filed a legal declaration asking that a charge against him be dismissed. Samantha said this is to save her from further trauma as the case is republicised. Prosecutors at the Los Angeles County District Attorneys office have said that the Polanski, who has been living in exile in France for 30 Years must appear in person at the hearing for the dismissal on January 21.
